At our facility surrounded by nature, you will discover the history of olive oil, local cultivation techniques, and the production process, from harvesting to pressing, with a guided tour of our olive grove.
The experience includes a professional tasting of three award-winning extra virgin olive oils, to learn how to recognize aromas, intensity, and quality, and concludes with a tasting menu (appetizer and first course) inspired by Mediterranean tradition.
